Job Description :

Urgently looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• {{ESTRONG}}To plan, organize, co-ordinate and manage the entire gamut of   core HR activities in the organization.

Contributing to HR dashboard on recruitment and related areas   using excel or any other tools.

*

Responsible for Payroll Management and Statutory Compliance   knowledge.

*

To manage the budget and other financial measures of the   Human Resources Department. 

*

 To implement and enforce human resources policies and  procedures of the organization by way of systems that will  improve the overall operation and effectiveness of the company. 

*

Maintain harmonious relations between management and   employees, workmen & supervisors.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma Holder.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Seven years experience in same field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
