Hiring Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensuring ISO Standards are followed at Projects. Auditing all   resources for the project through interaction with Heads of   Department.
• Estimation of initial & final Bill of Quantities including materials,   labours, MEP and finishing items as per per the GFC drawings.
• Preparing Site Progress Reports & attending MonthlyMIS,  Material Reconsillation, Cash flow, of the Projects  for Project  Management review meetings.
• Assisting with valuations and cost reports. Budgeting, Billing and   Cost Tracking QS / Billing / Verification of Bills and Tracking. 
• Verifying, planning, and taking measures on controllable   variances to reduce the project cost.
• Reviewing and Sourcing contractors and suppliers for new   projects. Negotiating and appointing preferred sub-contractors. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor s Degree in Quantity Surveying.
• A good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• 11 years experience in same field.
• Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD and MS projects is   preferable.
• Excellent analytical skills.
