Experienced Hr Executive

Job Description :

Urgently looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Process and reconcile HR Invoices - working with the vendors to resolve   any issues.
•  Enter new hires into system and create files to support payroll 
•  Assist employees with Benefits questions, qualifying life event changes,   information updates, and log in credentials.
•  Analyzes organizational pay practices and makes recommendations for   salary changes to ensure equity.
•  Recommends special compensation programs or incentive systems for all   employees or for specific groups to support the organization's objectives.
•  Coordinates transfer of data to external vendors, plan providers, auditors,   and consultants.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 4 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Good IT Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
