We are Looking for an experienced HR executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Establishes and maintains a confidential system of personnel files and records for various employees   groups.
• Prepares and maintains an accurate system of position descriptions covering all approved College   positions.
• Authorizes all payroll actions and recommends pay and classification levels for new employees.
• Keep track of confirmation, increments and appraisals of employees
• Employee engagement activities for the region
• Processing of Full & Final Settlement of exit employees

Job Requirements:

• Only Female can apply.
• IT Skills.
• Minimum one year experience is required.
• MBA Holder.
• Be a smart and presentable.
