Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Oversee the recruitment, on-boarding, orientation, time and   attendance, and performance management processes.
• Train, coach and develop direct reports and oversee/manage the   training processes for all management trainees.
• Provide guidance and oversight to the store management team   on risk management, compliance and safety concerns.
• Plan and facilitate new-hire orientation introducing new   employees to the organization, culture and business processes.
• Facilitate communications to staff and encourages participation   in staff engagement activities and events.
• Ensure that human resources services are provided in   compliance with established system policies, procedures, and   practices.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Minimum Ten years experience in the field.
• Having Transferable residence with NOC.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
