Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in UAE.

Job Details:

• Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
• Advertise job openings on companys careers page, social media, job boards and    internally.
• Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
• Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and    professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Monster etc..).
• Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. 
• Monitor key HR metrics, including time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire. 
• Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate holder.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Good communication skills.
