Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.
Job Details:- {{ESTRONG}}Drive performance and talent management processes in the district{{STRONG}}.
- {{ESTRONG}}Investigate and resolve employee relations issues that arise in the service centers.

Manage HR Representatives in the district ensuring professional HR support in each facility.*
Promote employee engagement through regular, personal contact with employees resulting in a positive employee relations atmosphere.- {{ESTRONG}}Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor and transportation industry regulations; deliver training to maintain compliance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business,or related field.
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills.
- Ten years experience in same field.
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
