Job Description :
We are currently looking for a HR & Administration Assistant in UAE.
Job Details:
- Answer and direct phone calls & provide general support to visitors.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms & maintain contact lists.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent communication skill.
- Hiring male candidates only.
- Proficient in MS Office & Excel.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Be a smart and presentable.
