A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Lead organization development and design interventions to   improve effectiveness of the organization.
• Develop total compensation strategies that includes competitive   direct and indirect programs. 
• Design and management of effective short and long term   compensation programs which may include equity based plan   administration and employee recognition.
• Develops short and long term strategic human resources plans   to achieve the company’s business initiatives.
• Develop policies and procedures that align with the business   goals and perpetuate continuous improvement within the HR   organization and beyond.
• Evaluate the current structure and plan for continual   improvement in efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• With more than 12 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Good IT Skills.
