Looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Support budgeting procedures.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for management.
  • Asset Management and procurement.
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent knowledge in Tally, Quick books,Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Graduate holder.
  • Four years experience in the same field.
  • Good communication skills.
