A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Ensure that human resources services are provided in   compliance with established system policies, procedures, and   practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for staff relations issues.
• Appropriately addresses staff complaints, issues, and policy   violations in a timely manner and in accordance with established disciplinary policies and procedures.
• Plan and facilitate new-hire orientation introducing new   employees to the organization, culture and business processes.
• Facilitate communications to staff and encourages participation   in staff engagement activities and events.
• Serve as a trainer for management by educating them on HR   systems and policy interpretation.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Indian Male candidate need to apply.
• Three years experience in the same field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
