A leading company looking for experienced HR Assistant in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Manages the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs.
- Assists with recruiting and staffing logistics.
- Employee orientation, development, and training logistics and recordkeeping.
- Assisting with employee relations and documentation.
- Assistance with compensation and benefits administration and recordkeeping.
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health reporting; and employee services.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
- Four years experience in the field.
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
- Excellent IT Skills.
