Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Identifies actual or potential problems and determines necessity   for changes or remedial actions.
• Investigates the need for contract change orders or deviations.
• Makes recommendations for changes in construction/demolition   to meet field conditions.
• Ensures compliance with subcontractor schedules,   specifications, and shop drawings.
• Records changes and modifications to contract drawings and   specifications.
• Oversee plan according to the work specifications and contract   responsibilities.

Job Requitements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• With more than 16 years experience in the field.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent IT Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable.
