Job Description :
We are seeking for a female Secretary cum HR Coordinator in UAE.
Job Details:
- Answering and screening telephone calls.
- Receives and screens visitors.
- Takes messages from Clients.
- Handles correspondence; composing emails.
- Prepares inquiry report from the emails received from the clients.
- Prepares gate pass applications and induction letters.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skill.
- Hiring female candidates only.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- BBA holder.
- Excellent coordination skills.
