We are seeking for a female Secretary cum HR Coordinator in UAE. 

Job Details:

  •  Answering and screening telephone calls.
  •  Receives and screens visitors.
  •  Takes messages from Clients.
  •  Handles correspondence; composing emails.
  •  Prepares inquiry report from the emails received from the clients.
  •  Prepares gate pass applications and induction letters.

Job Requirements:

  • Good communication skill.
  • Hiring female candidates only.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • BBA holder.
  • Excellent coordination skills.
