A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues that arise in   the service centers.
• Manage HR Representatives in the district ensuring professional   HR support in each facility.
• Coach and counsel management and hourly employees regarding   policies and procedures, discipline, interpersonal, and teamwork   opportunities.
• Promote employee engagement through regular, personal   contact with employees resulting in a positive employee   relations atmosphere.
• Ensure compliance with all company, government, labor and   transportation industry regulations; deliver training to maintain   compliance.
• Manage numerous reporting activities in a timely and   professional manner.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.

• Transferable visa with NOC.
• With more than 18 years experience in the field.
