Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assist with the hiring process, including updating job posts and    scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate new hire onboarding and benefit information   distribution.
• Responsible for financial management including direct   management of costs and financial reporting.
• Responsible for the coordination of wage administration   information between the Human Resources Office and the   Business Office.
• Collaborates with the Office of Diversity and Equity regarding   recruitment, investigations of complaints, and other related   issues.
• Designs, develops, and produces reports measuring and   analyzing programs' effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• With more than 16 years experience in the field.
• MBA holder need to apply.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
