Job Description :

Required experienced Procurement Engineer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Oversee evaluation of enterprise-wide new IT services requirements and lead the initiation/procurement of IT services.
• Outline and maintain enterprise-wide sourcing strategies and identify strategic provides/partners.
• Guide issue and dispute resolution process for major, strategic contracts.
• Oversee team who negotiates pricing for new services, and serve as escalation point in the negotiation process.

Job Requirements:

• IT skill.
• Knowledge in Import procedures with excellent negotiation skills.
• 11 years experience.
• Transferable visa with NOC.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
