Wanted Quantity Surveyor

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• To prepare necessary rate analysis for all items as required.
• Maintain site Joint Measurement Record Register.
• Prepare itemized statements, invoices and record amounts due for services   rendered by Sub-contractors.
• Preparing invoice and submitting contractors invoice along with all enclosures for   running bill and final bill.
• To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of   cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption &   wastage.
• Coordinating with contractors & providing them with all detailed construction   documents.

Job Requirements:

• {{ESTRONG}}B.Tech/B.E. - Civil.
• Only Male need to apply.

• Proficiency in MS office, AutoCAD and MS projects is preferable. 
• Excellent analytical skills.
