Looking for an experienced Store Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Attending meetings taking reviews (Weekly, Monthly) with the Executives.
• Employee engagement activities to boost & retain employees for the organization. 
• Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. 
• Manage weekly scheduling of associates, ensuring proper store coverage..
• Monitor associates' ability to effectively handle customer service issues and address concerns.
• First point of contact for any escalated customer concerns.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 Years Experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Management Skills.
