Job Description :

We are looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Serve as a trainer for management by educating them on HR   systems and policy interpretation.
• Ensures all required training for both staff and management are   completed by running reports and conducting audits.
• Participate on multiple cross-functional projects providing HR   guidance and knowledge and ensuring compliance with system   policies and procedures.
• Perform other position appropriate duties as required in a   competent, professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure that human resources services are provided in   compliance with established system policies, procedures, and   practices.
• Serve as the primary contact for staff relations issues.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• With more than 10 years experience in the field.
• Excellent IT & Leadership Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
