Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Associate in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issue.
• Identify and highlight any concern affecting the brand.
• Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
• Performs as a Universal subject matter expert and will be engaged in projects.
• Makes outbound calls to resolve employer emails. 
• Transfer customer calls to appropriate resources.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Commerce holder.
• Good Communication skills.
• Minimum One year of experience in same field.
• IT skills.
