We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall   business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process.
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
• Provide guidance and direction to management team and employees on human   resource related topics. 
• Attend and contribute to meetings conducted by the leadership teams.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
• IT skills.
• Having Five years of experience in same field.
