We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Participate in the design and implementation of programs that build   employee engagement and retention.
• Establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective listener    and problem solver of HR issues.
• Identifying company HR needs, defining job roles and responsibilities,   and finding talented people to fill the roles.
• Developing, measuring and reporting employee performance KPIs as well   as minimum performance standards.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of   significance.
• Developing and improving HR policies.

Job Requirements:

• Good Communication skills.
• Having Five years of experience in same field.
• IT skills.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office.
