A leading company looking for experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Serve as internal frontline support responding to inquiries   from staff, managers, and leadership regarding HR processes,   policies and procedures.
• Ensure that human resources services are provided in   compliance with established system policies, procedures, and   practices.
• Supports management by providing human resources advice,   counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and   applications.
• Develops organization strategies by identifying and   researching human resources issues; establishing objectives in   line with organization.
• Provide management and employees with information and   interpretation of human resource policies, rules and   procedures.
• Create, distribute and maintain various reports from   Successfactors and payroll. 

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree holder need to apply.
• Having 20 years experience in the field.
• Excellent IT Skills.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
