Job Description :

We are urgently looking for a Accountant with Real Estate experience in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying,   consolidating, and reporting.
•  Manage and follow up account receivables and payables.
•  Prepare and communicate monthly financial and management reporting.
•  Review and approve payment vouchers and journal entries.
•  Prepare monthly and annual operating budgets and cash flow forecasting.
•  Develop and maintain internal controls policies and procedures and effective   accounting system.

Job Requirements:

• Must be Experienced in accounting for Real Estates.
•  Well versed with Excel and MS office application.
•  Excellent communication skills.
• B.com holders can apply.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
