Job Description :

We are hiring for a Receptionist cum HR Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  To carry out the day to day administration of the front desk.
  •  To answer queries from guests, referring them to contact points at which   they can obtain further information.
  •  Taking incoming telephone calls, dealing with such calls promptly in a   professional manner and transfer to the appropriate extensions.
  •  Responsible for greeting persons entering or calling the organization.
  •  Update staff daily attendance.
  •  Record all deliveries and visitors into the log book.

Job Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skill.
  • Hiring female candidates only.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Any Graduate holder.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
