Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Pavement Studies on existing highway assets.
• Undertake site visits to assess project infrastructure and quality of   highway assets.
• Analyze contract documents and identify various non-   conformities and their resolution from compliance to codal   provisions and good engineering practices.
• Review of measurement and re-measurement of Highway /   Structural Works Bill of Quantities received form Consultants.
• Prepare quantity take-offs from the available data and resources   for new acquisitions regarding their balance works and cost to   completion. 
• Update and/or supervise the Bill of Quantities in the tender in the   timely manner to achieve accurate quantities forecast reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience is Required.
• B.Tech Holder.
• IT Skills.
• Good communication Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
