Looking For Assistant Accountant

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant in UAE.

Job Details:

•  Research, track, and update rent activity discrepancies using QuickBooks    and property management software.
•  Gather, scan, and file invoices and bills to be approved for payment/    accounts payable.
•  Monitor office supplies and order as needed.
•  Generate reports and provide information to management by assembling   and summarizing data found in Skyline (property management software)   and QuickBooks. 
•  Reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
•  Prepare reports using Excel.

Job Requirements:

• B.Com Graduate.
• Minimum three years experience in accounting.
• Well versed in MS Office.
