Required Logistics Manager

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Planning, coordinating for dispatch of material to various locations in      India & abroad as per customer schedule.
• Co-Ordinating with marketing & production team for daily sales &   production planning activities.
• Conducting periodical stock taking and preparation of variance report.
• Follow up of local delivery shipment, Truck planning and placements&   tracking of all inbound & outbound shipments. 
• Identify retention risk employees and conduct regular stay-interviews as   well as with top performers.
• Evaluate performance and promotability of team members.

Job Requirements:

• Having Five years of experience in same field.
• Excellent in Communication skills.
• Proficient in most Microsoft applications and systems.
• Extensive logistics and leadership experience.
• Excellent managerial skills.
