Legal Officer In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Legal Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Review and provide advice on real estate related matters & cases.
• Ensure the legal compliance of the Group entities all the time.
• Represent and attend the cases on behalf of the management.
• Serving as legal advisor on all major business transactions,   including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
• Ensuring firm leadership and staff are informed of substantive   legal topics that impact the firm, as necessary
• Assisting in managing the firm's professional liability and general   liability insurance claims and relationships with insurers and   brokers.

Job Requirements:

• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
