Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Human Resources Officer in Qatar.

Job Details: 

•  Work with senior leaders to shape COMPANY strategy, serving   as the internal expert on talent and functional trends, and   championing innovation and continuous improvement.
• Lead HR as a strategic voice and trusted business partner across ll COMPANY corporate entities.
• Anticipate and diagnose organizational need(s) and translate those into talent implications for the overall Organization.
• Establish effective employee recognition programs.
• Deliver timely and informative internal communications to   employees.
• Oversee overall pay and labor staffing seeking opportunities to   improve productivity.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience is required.
• Good communicaqtion Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
