Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Executive in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Handling the full and final settlement of the employees.
• Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly. 
• Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs   during the hiring process.
• Receiving new sales opportunity data from the field and distributing for   quoting.
• Working with CFO to validate the sales pipeline.
• Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly.

Job Requirements:

• Experienced in Recruitment, Performance Mgmt. & Leadership Devt.
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
• Having Sixteen years of experience in same field.
• IT skills.
•  Be a smart and presentable person.
