Job Description :
Looking for an experienced HR Assistant.
Job Details:
- Processes background checks on candidates, communicating needs to Candidates and providing hiring leaders with updates.
- Prepares and process new hire forms and documents, insuring a welcoming first day. Prepares new hire electronic incident personnel files, sending to the Leader the day of hire.
- Enters data, and processes changes in ADP HRB, in a timely manner, and with utmost accuracy.
- Processes monthly invoices for review and approval. Finalizes remittance for individual invoices.
Job Requirements:
- Time management and planning skills
- Having 7 years of work experience in same role.
- Good communication skill.
- IT skill.
