Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Site Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Build and maintain a talent pipeline that aligns with the client's   needs and output requirement
• Consistent execution of recruiting plan to ensure the right   quantity and quality of talent
• Screen and select candidates according to client specific job   profiles and workforce forecasts.
• Ensure contractors are made aware of their roles and   responsibilities with regard to safe working procedures and   comply with safety sustainability policy and procedures.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards and report   issues to the Management and ensure compliances. Ensure   compliance of environmental clearance terms of reference and   statutory approvals.
• Ensure Quality Assurance & Quality Control systems and   procedures defined through Project Management Plan are   implemented.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience is required.
• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
