Job Details:

• Serves as the primary management point-of-contact with the   customer throughout the business capture process.
• Obtains market intelligence and creates winning cost &   technical strategies.
• Support/Responsible for management of IR&D resources within   the Pomona Business, provides Voice of Customer and Market   input to technology roadmaps and strategic plans.
• Define the project management process that will be used in the   marketing department.
• Plan and take part in the launch of new products and services.
• Plan the delivery of this message through multiple channels,   including digital and sales enablement approaches.

Job Requirements:

• With 20 years experience in the field.
