Looking for an experienced Project Construction Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Interpreting plans, estimates and quantities of materials needed,   performing takeoffs.
• Identifying and soliciting subcontractors./quotes.
• Supervising sites and subcontractors.
• Direct and advice team leaders / Dept Heads for various day to   day activities of the project.
• Controlling of both quality and cost optimization. 
• Coordination with all the depts. for smooth and timely completion   of project activity.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 8 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
