Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details: 

•  Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
• Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, and   maintenance order.
• Responsible for the areas of quantity surveying / processing of the invoices etc 
• Check the quantity measurements in all items of works executed in different stages for calculations required for payment purpose.
• Explore the various options for the value engineering and analyze the merits and demerits
• Planning of contracts and procurement strategy for the projects

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 25 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• IT Skills.
