Job Description :

We are looking for experienced Procurement Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Conduct and prepare competitive bids as necessary and   appropriate for cost saving opportunities.
• Develop criteria to assess and evaluate vendor capability to   provide goods and services.
• Purchase goods and services using best practices, obtain bids,   & ensure competitive pricing on behalf of the College within   proper authorizations, procedures, rules, regulations.
• Devises evaluation tools to assist clients in selection of   alternative products.
• Processes, logs and prepares reports relative to departmental   procurement transactions.
• Prepare performance data and spending analytics for   management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related   degree.
• Good Organizational Skills.
• Having 4 years experience in the field.
• Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
• Be a smart and presentable person.
