Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer{{STRONG}} Job Details: {{ESTRONG}}* Work with the Faculty Senate in support of studies/surveys that deal with institutional needs with respect to recruitment of faculty and staff, campus climate, sexual harassment, etc.

• Assist campuses with the preparation of their affirmative action plans as needed.
• Ensure the timely submittal of the annual affirmative action plans from each campus.
• Monitor on an annual basis system-wide compliance with affirmative action guidelines and recommend any corrective measures to ensure return to compliance if necessary.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelors degree holder .
• Transferable visa available / NOC.
• Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office.
