Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Responsible for the areas of quantity surveying / processing of the   invoices etc 
• Check the quantity measurements in all items of works executed    in different stages for calculations required for payment purpose.
• Prepare the preliminary estimate and the cost management plan at   initial stage of development proposal for joint development.
• Explore the various options for the value engineering and analyze   the merits and demerits.
• Planning of contracts and procurement strategy for the projects.
• Preparation of Contract documents, general and special   conditions with refer to the FIDIC standard clauses.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Valid Qatar Driving License.
• Only Female can apply.
