Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Facility Manager.

Job Details:

• Provide direction and make decisions on complex matters dealing with mail services and security issues
• Purchase or lease home office capital expenditures such as furniture, copiers, faxes, phone equipment, and mail equipment
• Communicate with building tenants on wide variety of issues including leases, special events, and building policy
• Plan and oversee facility maintenance operations

Job Requirements:

• Transferable visa with NOC
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in same role.
• Holding Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical.
