Job Description :

We are Looking for an experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Understand the requirement and find out the alternate solutions.
• Sourcing & Screening Profiles from different portals according to   the requirement and conduct Telephonic Interviews.
• Scheduling Interviews, follow up with HOD for feedback. 
• Work with our executive leadership team to review and improve   company-wide total reward strategies that are competitive and   cost effective.
• Develop impactful performance management programs, including   appropriate content, process and technology to reinforce the high-   performance culture.
• Develop a learning architecture and programs, supplemented by    individual coaching, training and career-planning.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication & interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 10 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
• MBA Holder.
