Quantity Surveyor In Qatar

Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Responsible for the areas of quantity surveying / processing of the   invoices etc 
• Check the quantity measurements in all items of works executed   in different stages for calculations required for payment purpose.
• Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the   approved Bill of Quantity (BOQ).
• Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works, snags   and maintenance orders.
• Preparation of Contract documents, general and special   conditions with refer to the FIDIC standard clauses.
• Cost control by weekly monitoring the cost against the budget   and forecast the projected cost at end of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Management Skills.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Excellent analytical skills.
