Job Description :

A leading company looking for experienced HR Officer in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assist campuses with the preparation of their affirmative   action plans as needed.
• Ensure the timely submittal of the annual affirmative action   plans from each campus.
• Monitor on an annual basis system-wide compliance with   affirmative action guidelines and recommend any corrective   measures to ensure return to compliance if necessary.
• File reports as needed to the Chancellor, Governor’s office,   and other state entities.
• Assist with the planning of professional development   workshops and seminars for affirmative action and diversity   officers across the system.
• Contribute to planning and action that will enable search   committees to develop diverse pools of candidates for a   variety of positions.

Job Requirements:

• MBA holder need to apply.
• Having 4 years experience in the field.
• Female candidate need to apply.
• Excellent Communication & IT Skills.
