Job Description :

Looking for an experienced HR Officer {{STRONG}}Job Details:{{ESTRONG}} * Work with the CEO, President & executive team on organization design, development of senior leaders, as well as talent in pivotal positions deeper in the company. 

  • Build a talent mindset throughout the company that attracts, develops and retains top talent.
  • Lead the talent review process to strengthen executive bench and expand leadership capacity, including Succession Planning for key roles.
  • Scale staffing capability to source, screen and recruit talent, all with a consistent commitment to equal opportunity and a flexibility to adjust process to meet varying needs across positions.

Job Requirements:

 * Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office. * With 10 years GCC Experience * Bachelors degree holder .
  • Transferable visa available / NOC.
  • Knowledgeable in Qatar labourlaw, with Aconex Associate Certificate
