Job Details:

•  To provide an efficient and safe working environment for employees. 
•  Develop and implement a facility management program including   preventative maintenance and life-cycle requirements.
• Investigate the availability and suitability of options for new premises.
• Calculate and compare costs for required goods or services to achieve   maximum value for money.
• Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives.
• Manage and lead change to ensure minimum disruption to core activities.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates have 3-5 years of experience in similart field.
• Should have valid UAE driving license.
• Male candidates are prefered.
•  B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical.
