Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with   the business strategy.
  • Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems and   procedures of the organization.
  • Bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances   or any other issues.
  • Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR   metrics. 
  • Responsible for all Performance Management activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Expertise in Recruitment / Induction / ER/ Payroll / QLL/ Full and Final   settlements, etc.
  • Minimum Six years of experience in same field.
  • Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent high networking skills.
  • Be a smart and presentable person.
