Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager in Qatar.
Job Details:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business strategy.
- Developing and monitoring overall HR strategies, systems and procedures of the organization.
- Bridging management and employee relations by addressing grievances or any other issues.
- Ensuring legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Reporting to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Responsible for all Performance Management activities.
Job Requirements:
- Expertise in Recruitment / Induction / ER/ Payroll / QLL/ Full and Final settlements, etc.
- Minimum Six years of experience in same field.
- Good Communication & interpersonal skills.
- Excellent high networking skills.
- Be a smart and presentable person.
