Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Qatar.

Job Details:

• Assistance to site for client RA bill preparation and submission.
• Checking and inspection of foundation bolts, inserts etc as per   drawing before giving dispatch clearance to site.
• Monitoring site progress with respect to planning schedule.
• Conduct preliminary rate analysis and provide inputs to the Head   QS for finalization of rates for the same.
• Provide timely support to the Commercial, Purchase and   Engineering Departments on all BOQ and contract administration   related matters.
• Maintain a database of all BOQs, Contractor bills, tax invoices,  payment receipts and related documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 5 years experience is required.
• IT Skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
