Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant in UAE.

Job Details:

  •  Handle requests for information and data and retrieve documents from filing   system.
  •  Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts,    memos and emails as directed by Management and Accounts Manager
  •  General administrative duties including photocopying, fax and mailing.
  •  Follow up with clients and vendors on Accounts receivable and Accounts   payable.
  •  Handling some light accounts payable duties.
  • Check direct bill Workers’ Compensation Final Audits for accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  • B.Com Graduate.
  • Minimum two years experience in accounting.
  • Well versed in MS Office.
  • Good knowledge in Tally.
