Job Description :

Looking for an experienced Workshop Manager in Qatar.

Job Details:

•  Implement and monitor standards for WS together with process   excellence function.
• Workshop development (know-how, equipment, portfolio).
• Load balancing of WS in cooperation with Service Sales.
• Tracking the target achievement on a weekly basis, review with   Service advisor, Floor supervisor & parts manager
• Daily tracking of deliveries & ensuring adherence to delivery   SOPs.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance reporting to GM- Service

Job Requirements:

• Good communication Skills.
• Degree/Diploma Holder.
• Minimum 7 years experience is required.
• Management Skills.
